Acupuncture is the art and science of manipulating the flow of energy throughout the body by insertion of thin needles at specific acupoints. It eases blockages in different part of the body to restore the harmonious flow of energy and blood, thus relieving pain or discomfort. Acupuncture balances the hormones, enhances the immune system, and improves health and well-being.

The modern scientific explanation for acupuncture is that by inserting an acupuncture needle into an acupuncture point, certain nerve fibers are stimulated, which results in a nerve impulse being sent to the spinal cord. Here, endorphins are released. These substances provide local inhibition (blocking) of the incoming pain signals or trigger the release of other chemicals and hormones, which influence the body's own internal regulating system.

Auricular Acupuncture
Auricular acupuncture.
Auriculotherapy (ear acupuncture) is based on the idea that the ear is a micro-system, meaning that the entire body is represented on the auricle and can be treated by stimulation of the surface of the ear exclusively. It is used in treatment and prevention of diseases by stimulation of the certain acupuncture points in or around the ear with needles, magnets, or ear seeds.
Electro-Acupuncture

Electro-acupuncture is applying a low-intensity pulsing electric current to the needles, which is then conducted through to the acupoint to stimulate it. It reaches a large number of acupoints simultaneously, and is especially useful for controlling serious pain.

The face reflects the state of your internal health and emotional well-being. Facial rejuvenation involves creating balance in the whole body through normalizing the digestion and the hormones. As underlying problems are addressed, the face and eyes will automatically begin to glow. Facial acupuncture can increase blood circulation, stimulate collagen production, and tone aging skin while removing toxins and encouraging cell reproduction.
Cupping
Cupping.
Cupping is a method of treating diseases by increasing blood circulation in specific body areas. A special kind of glass cups are used to create partial vacuum inside of them and then applied to the skin for 10–20 minutes. Cupping is used to detoxify the body and stimulate the immune system by attracting white blood cells to the area. Cupping is safe and non-invasive and is used to treat colds, lung infections, and problems in the internal organs. This method is used for treating muscle and joint pain and spasms, particularly in the back.
Gua Sha Massage
Gua sha massage.
Gua Sha is a traditional technique used for treatment of muscle soreness and pain. It involves repeated pressured strokes over lubricated skin with a smooth edge. Gua Sha is the fastest way to release muscular tension, and works well to remove pain from both recent and old injuries. It pulls stagnant intercellular fluid to the surface, removing toxic debris, and replacing it with fresh oxygenated, nutrient rich fluid, which in turn accelerates regeneration and revitalizes the region.
Infrared Therapy
Infrared treatment is the use of an infrared lamp that applies gentle heat to the acupuncture points or tender areas on the body. It stimulates local and general blood circulation in order to treat various disorders and to relieve pain. It may be used for muscle disorders and rheumatic diseases, helps to speed up wound healing and enhances general energy levels.
